Overview
The Janitorial Inspection and Monitoring Team (JIMT) is an institutional mechanism establishedto ensure the efficient delivery, compliance, and accountability of outsourced janitorial and
related manpower services across the UP Diliman Campus.
Operating as an inter-office body composed of representatives from key administrative, legal, financial, and operational units, the JIMT is tasked with performance evaluation, contract compliance monitoring, policy development, and advisory support in relation to janitorial service providers. The Team plays a critical role in maintaining campus cleanliness, sanitation standards, and operational efficiency in support of the University’s academic and public service functions.
