Overview
The Food Service Regulatory Committee (FSRC) was established through Administrative Order No. 90-71 on June 6, 1990, to ensure that all food service operations within UP Diliman meet the University’s standards for quality, affordability, safety, and efficiency.

The Committee serves as the University’s primary body for policy development, regulation, and
oversight of campus food services, supporting the welfare and well-being of the UP Diliman
community.
