Overview
The Business Concessionaires Management function of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development (OVCPD) is a key component of the University’s mandate to ensure the efficient, transparent, and strategic utilization of UP Diliman assets. As part of its stewardship mandate, the OVCPD supervises the engagement, regulation, contract administration, and performance monitoring of business concessionaires operating both within and beyond Academic Unit premises. This ensures that all commercial activities remain aligned with the University’s core principles of public accountability, community service, and institutional sustainability.
