Overview

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development (OVCPD) was established in 2019 to oversee the planning and development of UP Diliman’s physical resources and infrastructure.

The office manages land use, buildings, and campus facilities while ensuring alignment with the university’s long-term development plans.

It also administers resource-generating facilities and works closely with the UP System to support sustainable campus growth.

Internal Services

Process Request of Various Academic Unit for Food Concession Inside the Unit

–  This service is provided to academic units that intend to establish food concessions within their units to serve faculty, students, and staff.

Process Request from Various Unit/Departments for Repairs, Renovations, and Constructioon 

–  Supports university units in proposing and implementing minor or major repairs, renovations, and construction projects, including planning, inspection, and preparation of required documents.
